A crazy New Year's Eve at the Carré

For the first time in its history, our brewery located in the center of Vevey invites you to spend New Year's Eve together.

On the agenda:

A six-course menu created by our chef Jérémy Bonnet,

95.- per person excluding drinks, 135.- with food and wine pairing, selected by our sommelier Malo Corcelles.

As a bonus, a glass of champagne is offered at the end of the meal and a DJ party hosted by Salvi until 4am in the veranda.

Appetizer

Steamed lobster momo with pickled red onions,

fresh parsley coulis and a hint of lime

Entrance

Jerusalem artichoke soup with hazelnut crumble,

parmesan shavings

Poisson

Seared scallops, parsnip purée, lemon foam

Sumac-flavored cured ham crisps with candied zest

Meat

Roast beef fillet, rich jus, mashed potatoes with aged Cheddar, honey-glazed carrots, smoked salt flakes

Cheese

Crispy warm brie with truffle and apple

served on a bed of lamb's lettuce, with a light honey vinaigrette

Dessert

Vanilla and citrus dome, golden speculoos crumble
